REMARKS:    Two buildings sit on the huge commercial land, 4.82 acres which have a room for another brand hotel.  The main building has 120 rooms and another building for the huge convention center.  In 2018, room revenue was total $2.82 Mil ($ 2.42 million from hotel and 400k from the convention center including restaurant/lounge).  All PIP is almost current.  GOOD CASH FLOW HOTEL AND EXCELLENT FUTURE POTENTIAL FOR THE INCOME AND EXPANSION!!
